Harvey calls himself Two-Face, and Batman recruits two other men to assist him when the chaos in Gotham gets ugly. Taking advantage of the pain of losing the woman he loves and half of his burnt face, Joker brings out the dark side of Harvey and persuades him to go revenge for Rachel.
However, that doesnt last long as during one of their fight, his best friend Rachel, also known as Harvey Dents girlfriend, is killed. Jokers ongoing sins besides the bank robbery (murdering a judge, detonating a bomb in a hospital, and attacking innocent Gotham citizens) force Batman to reveal himself.
They are very confident that their intervention has finally caused the laundering and crime to come to an end, but the appearance of the Joker ruins everything.
